I’m pleased to announce that CyberOptik has acquired the book of business of Beacon Website Solutions.
This was a relatively small acquisition, but the size of a transaction does not determine its importance. Every client relationship represents years of trust, and we take the responsibility of continuing those relationships seriously.
The clients transitioning to CyberOptik will gain access to our broader team and expanded website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing capabilities. Our immediate priority is making the transition straightforward while providing the dependable, personal service those clients have come to expect.
To be clear, this transaction covers the Beacon Website Solutions book of business and its client relationships. The Beacon Website Solutions brand and name are not part of the acquisition at this time.
This acquisition reflects the approach I continue to take with agency acquisitions: the arrangement should benefit the seller, provide continuity and additional resources for the clients, and make strategic sense for CyberOptik. When those three things align, even a small transaction can be a meaningful win for everyone involved.
