I recently had the honor to teach a course for my friends and colleagues over at The Admin Bar. The “Agency Acquisition Accelerator” course (free to all Barfly members!) teaches agency owners how to skip traditional lead generation by buying established books of business through “Earn-Out” structures.

Drawing on my 20 years of experience, and managing 800+ sites, the program walks members through how to scale recurring revenue by identifying undervalued agencies and structuring deals that benefit all parties: the buyer, the seller, and the clients. It prioritizes practical deal-making over theory to turn acquisitions into immediate growth engines.
